This microsite promotes the Friends Festival in Leicester Square, London (the “Event”). By using this site, you agree to the following:

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this site.  If you are younger than 18, you must immediately cease accessing this site. 
  • This site is for information and promotional purposes only. Event details, schedules, activities and locations may change at any time.
  • Free tickets for the Event will be made available via this site. Tickets have no monetary value, are subject to availability, and limited to four per person.
  • Ticket allocation and entry are subject to capacity, eligibility and on-site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
  • The site does not sell tickets or take payments. Entry and participation are subject to capacity, availability and on-site rules.
  • We reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Event if required.
  • Attendance is subject to safety, security and behaviour requirements. Entry may be refused or revoked at our discretion.
  • Photography and filming may take place at the Event. By attending, you consent to being included in promotional content without compensation in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, for promotional and marketing purposes, without time limit.
  • During the Event and on this site, we may collect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement
  • All content on this site is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, damage or injury at the Event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Terms & Conditions – Free Event Admission

  1. Event Admission
    • Admission to this event is free of charge.
    • The Event is reserved for 18+ audiences only. Anyone under the age of 18 will be denied entrance.
    • Entry is subject to availability and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
    • The organiser of the Event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who breaches these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
  2.  Tickets
    • Tickets are issued free of charge and have no monetary value.
    • Each ticket is valid for one person only and may not be duplicated, altered, or misused.
  3.  Resale and Transfer
    • Tickets must not be sold, resold, auctioned, or transferred for financial gain, including but not limited to sales through third-party platforms, social media, or private transactions.
    • Any ticket found to have been resold or offered for resale for financial gain will be void, and the ticket holder may be refused entry without notice.
    • The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets and deny future access to individuals who breach this condition.
  4.  Use of Tickets
    • Tickets are for personal use only.
    • Commercial use, promotions, competitions, or bundled offers involving tickets are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organizer.
    • Ticket holders must present valid photo ID upon entry if requested. Failure to do so may result in refused entry.
    • Where tickets are booked as part of a group booking, all members of the booking group must arrive together to gain entry. Entry may be refused or delayed if the full booking group is not present at the time of entry.
  5.  Event Changes or Cancellation
    • The organizer reserves the right to change the event program, date, time, or venue, or to cancel the event at any time.
    • As the event is free, no compensation, reimbursement, or damages will be payable in the event of cancellation or changes.
  6.  Liability
    • Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk.
    • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
  7. Conduct
    • Attendees must behave responsibly and follow all instructions from event staff and security.
    • Disorderly, unsafe, or abusive behaviour may result in removal from the event.
  8. Grace period
    • A grace period of up to 10 minutes after the scheduled event start time is allowed for ticket holders to take their seats. Late arrival after this time may result in delayed entry or loss of seating.
  9. Ticket use
    • Tickets are limited to one booking per exhibitor per person. Multiple bookings for the same exhibitor (e.g. more than one booking for Cineworld, Vue, or ODEON) are not permitted and may be cancelled without notice.
  10. Additional Entry & Refusal Conditions
    • Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered, damaged, or suspected to be fraudulent.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder fails to comply with security checks, including bag searches or metal detection where applicable.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder is under the minimum age requirement, where applicable, and cannot provide valid proof of age.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder is intoxicated or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder is in possession of prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, or items deemed unsafe by the organiser or venue.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder refuses to comply with venue rules or reasonable instructions from event staff or security.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder’s behaviour is disorderly, abusive, threatening, or otherwise poses a risk to others.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder arrives after the permitted grace period and late entry is not possible.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder cannot present valid photo ID when requested.
    • Entry may be refused if the ticket holder is using the ticket for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent.
    • Entry may be refused where the ticket holder breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Entry may be refused if the organiser of the Event reasonably considers it necessary to do so.
